wow. this is the real rage. It is impossible to release genuine roar and shout in todays god damn fragile society. This face represents the real rage that is wrath reinforced with revenge.

One thing that is really powerful about this piece is that despite the closed mouth, it completely reads as rage. I myself would have a hard time conveying rage without using an open mouth (though I am more the illustrator/drawing type, and less a photographer).
I'm wondering, though... Is there a reason why you painted your face black? This could easily be interpreted as a racist commentary, especially based on stereotypes. I'm curious about your choice there, would love to find out what went on behind that decision.
