You need 7zip or Winrar or any other extracting programs,(you can download them), then, when you've installed that, right click on the zip file, choose if it's 7zip you've still got to click that, then extract, and the package file will be there.

Actually the hairstyles are Acedia from KEWAI-DOU, but the haircurls/erogenous zones are accessories :3 They're found along with the crosses and Gilbird at SnakeLeg's website :3 Japan's hair is from... uhh... where was that...? Let me get back to you on that~
