Ergo Proxy fanart... because it deserves it.Such an awesome anime. Very crazy and confusing most of the time, but I really love animes that disturb me and make me think.
And the characters really captivate you. Vincent Law is one of the best chars I've ever seen.
I've lost count of how many drawings I started and didn't finish. I guess I can't do big drawings anymore. So I tried doing something simple, in one sitting.

I wanted to cosplay as Re-L... Maybe next year! My friend wants to cosplay as Ergo Proxy so it'd work, at least.

The nearest place cons happen here, is in my birth city, which is a lil too far away for me to go whenever I want... so I rarely get a chance of going there for cons. But probably in the next year, I'm gonna do Re-L or Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In The Shell

But it's kinda subjective. If you don't like philosofical, complex and disturbing stuff, you propably won't like it.
But it's only 23 episodes, so I guess you should try and maybe really love it, like me

Don't you download anime episodes?
Of course is much better to have a original dvd of the anime to watch, but sometimes is really more pratical to download them. Mainly if you're going to try a series that you don't know if u're going to like.

thats the thing i watch it on youtube first or on the net and then i buy it if its good but there are times where i just pick out a random dvd if the cover has like a cute girl or something then i buy it, lol i did that 2wice and they are both pretty good

The story happens in a time when the world has been desolated by a ecological disaster and people live protected inside of domed cities, together with androids called AutoReivs. The background is basically this, but so many things, that i can't tell cus would spoil, start to happen.
The anime has a very complex and many times confusing plot. It focuses heavily on the psycology and mentality of the characters, who are really awesome.
I totally recommend it, but you're awared that it's confusing xD
