Another character reference for a project I'm working on.

This is Folly, another cobgoblin and the sister of Fortuna . Folly is unusual among cobgoblins because she's the only one of her kind that possesses magical abilities. Her insides are roiling with so much magical energy that her eyes constantly leak glowing blue smoke. She has no control over her powers, and they often explode out of her body without warning, damaging property and killing anyone nearby. Folly tends to find this funny.

All that magical energy makes Folly hungry, and her ravenous appetite puts even other cobgoblins to shame.

Unlike her sister, Folly has normal cobgoblin body proportions, meaning she has long forearms, a slight stoop, and a height of about 2 feet. Cobgoblin noses and ears vary in size from person to person. As you can see, Folly's ears are so big that they droop at the sides of her face. Like all cobgoblins, Folly has black hair, black eyes, and gray skin with mottled patches that glow with blue bioluminescence, particularly around her throat.

Folly is loud, obnoxious, and prone to violent outbursts that have little to do with her magical accidents. Fortuna and Folly are the only surviving members of their brood--which had a lot to to with Folly, truth be told--and their clan sees them as cursed. They're now outcasts, but that's just fine by Folly. The way she sees it, all other cobgoblins are assholes.
