Powers.
[ ] Multilayered barrier: 4 barriers each having their individual resistance to the effect of Ice, earth, fire or lightning attacks.

[ ] Physical Prowess: Ultra is capable of flying at lighting quick speeds quite literally!. It's full might is capable of shifting entire tectonic plate and it's defense are capable of tanking just as much damage as he can dish out.

Earth Dragon Head.

[ ] It is able to manipulate and generate rocks, dust, and earth. It can also control massive amounts of the earth (for example a mountain). It can change and manipulate any type of terrain (for example a mountain or a valley).

[ ] It can create small or massive fissures and earthquake by roaring, a by product of this move are shockwaves.

[ ] It is capable of spewing out hot stream of molten lava as well as being able to manipulate existing sources.

Fire Dragon Head.

[ ] It is able to manipulate, generate, negate, and control fire from existing sources i.e spirals, rings, pulse, blasts, balls, and bursts of fire and use them to damage opponents.

[ ] It can generate or absorb pure heat for a variety of purposes, by making things hotter or melting objects.

[ ] It is capable of spewing out pure smoke from it's maw.

[ ] It is capable of Appearind and disappearing throught flames regardless of it's size.

Ice Dragon Head.

[ ] It can create, generate, and manipulate ice, it can even use this power to freeze designated areas underwater and sometimes create ice without even using a beam, instead using it's legs to magically generate ice, seeing through its ice crystals.

[ ] It is capable of creating and manipulate sparkling blue-whitish ice-like flames that mind control those it touches.

[ ] It is capable of blasting ice on such a level that it freezes the very soul of whomever it touches.

[ ] It's ice is capable of negating supernatural abilties such as quirks, magic, Esper powers etc..

[ ] It can reduce the kinetic energy of atoms, meaning they effectively make things colder, ranging from slightly chilly levels to absolute zero.

Lightning Dragon Head.

[ ] It can create, generate, increase, absorb, conduct, shape, and manipulate electricity of various intensities. (I.e) Redirect natural lightning in an electrical storm, electrocute opponents, and cause electrical explosions.

[ ] In a state of range the entite Dragon body will be infused and crackle with electricity.

[ ] It is capable of attracting the electricity in a giving area towards itself.

[ ] It can produce and project beams of concentrated electricity, which can shock or cause electrocution, pierce through almost anything, or create destructive explosions upon impact.

[ ] It's able to give the Dragon body a boost allowing them to run at extreme speeds.

[ ] It can teleport short distances using electrical currents.

Golden Oni Lloyd

Lore: During his journey of facing the overlord who became the golden master, his power of creation and level of Golden power wasn't enough so he had to reach into his dark side soon realizing that destruction and creation intertwined, without one you could not have the other and he mastered the art of Yin and Yang as such He reached enlightenment achieving the true potential of both Oni and Dragon, Becoming the Embodiment of creation and destruction he became a great force. [ ] Omnificence: He can create absolutely anything without limits due to his nigh bottomless energy reserves, including concepts, existence, reality, totality etc.. Create from nothing or even to create one thing from another e.g. manifesting an image from a comic book, creating life from the dead, and duplicating anything. In conclusion he can create basically anything he chooses on an unlimited scale.

[ ] Destruction: He can destroy everything with his nigh bottomless energy reserves ,from concepts, boundary and causality to studies like metaphysics and science, even irrational "concepts" like the fabric of nothingness or even totality itself.

[ ] Unfettered body: A specific type of invulnerability that makes his body immune to all forms of damage, and such he can't feel pain. He can never die and won't rely on any food or water.

[ ] Cosmic Awareness: He is aware of anything that on a universal scale including planets being destroyed, threats, and/or anything that would affect them in any way.

[ ] Martial Arts Manipulation: Lloyd can manipulate different forms of martial arts, combining them, modifying them, learning them instinctively, and creating entirely new ones.

Weaknesses

1. The Golden Ultra Dragon? Someone on the level of a super saiyan that isn't stupid and can fight properly can slay it.

2. Lloyd? He doesn't have infinte energy so drain it, fighting him. Martial arts? is out of the question he's feeding your favorite character nothing but straight hands. You could seal him away or just banish him, Attack his soul, be straight up faster that him etc..
