Description
This was a request from Chancho-senpai, a.k.a. Chile or , who wanted me to come up with some siblings for Chile
That means: the whole lot of the 12 countries of South America!

Now, this is an important note:
These OC’s aren’t really that serious.
Why? Because I didn’t give enough thought to them. Even though I’m fond of them, I’m gonna stop using them when Himaruya unveils the Real South America
First of all; this was based on the few wikipedia-pages I could find of the countries IN SWEDISH (it’s easier that way for me), which means there was less information than I could’ve got at the english page.
Second of all: I really have no friggin’ idea about how the stereotype goes about these, I only know a little of some. I didn’t even come up with human names for them D:

Hetalia = Hidekaz Himaruya the awesome
Chile-OC =
The rest of them = me, and I humbly ask you to not use them.

Well, let’s get the descriptions anyway!

From left to right, up to down (and in alphabetical order):

ARGENTINA
Org. Name: República Argentina
Hair color: From black to brown to lightest brown (because her climate is friggin’ schizo)
Personality/Interests: Very humble, generous and laid back, often spacing out when not being distracted by something else. Loves dancing, tango mostly, and entertains with her little show-offs most of her time.
Certain Relationships: Though she cares for all of her siblings, she has recently helped out Chile in a fight against Bolivia and Peru… providing lots of strength since she’s big
Weakness: Either turn on some music (self-explainatory) or just give her a plate of meat. Either she’ll show you how it’s REALLY cooked, or she’ll be out of the way for a while. (Man, you’re unhealthy, chica… )
Other stuff: She has the awesomely powerful ability to distract. She make you look at unimportant things such as her street performers instead of museums and ruins and blah blah. (This I learned from madre’s vacation photos from Argentina XD)

BOLIVIA
Org. Name: Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia
Hair color: Mousy brown.
Personality/Interests: Seems permanently exhausted due to narcotica-problems and a calm personality, but gets easily worked up over old quarrels. Seems introvert but gets along really well with people. Loves to sleep and shiny things.
Certain Relationships: He and Chile is sort-of pissed at eachother, since Bolivia wanted (and still wants) her coast (”It’s mine, I say… MINE…” ) but was beat by her and Argentina even though he had Peru at his side.
Weakness: Pull his necklace-stone = he’ll sneer at you and back off. Try to steal it = he’ll hate you. Try to destroy it = he’ll cry and beg you to stop, he’ll do anything, JUST LET HIM HAVE HIS PRECIOUS BACK!
Other stuff: Uhm… he’s kinna poor.

BRAZIL
Org. Name: República Federativa do Brasil
Hair color: The darkest brown you can picture.
Personality/Interests: Football! FOOTBALL! FOOTBALL!!! Seriously though; VERY orderly and yet has a happy-go-lucky fired up energy within. When not in super-fuckin’-happy mood, he’s serious, a bit insecure and very aware of his surroundings.
Certain Relationships: Since he’s the only so-called Portugeese of the twelve, he’s been pushed aside (for a while they didn’t even acknowledge him as their brother) and had a hard time reconnecting the bond they used to have when they all were children and still Native Americans/Indians. Though now, he’s having a great time with all of his siblings. Oh, and btw…:
Weakness: Cannot resist a challenge. That, and a certain thing that he would never, ever admit to anyone: Portugal’s kisses. See, my Portugal OC (more on her later, mind you) isn’t aware of it, but she can get anything from Brazil if she kisses him on the cheek (which she always does anyway). Bwahaha, poor bastard can’t resist the love.
Other stuff: At every meeting with Spain he gives him an evil glare. When he was little, he even kicked him on the leg. Then… he acts just as if they were friends. Uhm, what logic? (And Spain doesn’t notice at all… )

CHILE
Org. Name: República de Chile
Hair color: Dark brown
Personality/Interests/: Hyper, easily embarresed, enthusiastic, bit self-centered… Damn, what a little cutie XD She’s small compared to the others, yet always so fired up. It’s like she had America, Prussia and Spain as teachers in behavior… Yet she is cooled down in some situations, which are called for to be destroyed quickly.
Certain Relationships: Fangirl-crushes on Spain (who loves her as much as he loves the other spanish-americans), wants to be friends/rivals in love (did I just say that?) with Romano, who is irritated at that. Has a habit to glomp her siblings. She and Bolivia have been hissing and fighting eachother like cat and dog recently - the love-hate relationship of sister and brother Peru helped Bolivia, so Chile is giving nasty glares to him too, bragging about how she ”beat them to palta-goo”.
Weakness: Being called cute (emberrasment), being touched in the neck (hidden haircurl, if ye know what I mean *wink-wink*), palta-I mean, advocado (can’t resist).
Other stuff: ” PALTAAA~” said the North Italy of South America…

COLOMBIA
Org. Name: República de Colombia
Hair color: Rich chocolate-bronze-ish.
Personality/Interests/: Mature, spaced out, calm, pretty funny and generally very comforting, but still has an evil trickster-side. Used to take advantage of people by spreading the rumour about Eldorado (the City of Gold) being in her (that’s why she wears fake-gold earrings). It sure tricked Spain and Italy, muahaha!
Certain Relationships: Is very protective of Ecuador and Venezuela for some reason - probably because she’s so easily attached to people.
Weakness: Coffee, and everything about coffee. She’s so addicted...
Other stuff: Check out those wide shoulders… She’s stronger than you think.

ECUADOR
Org. Name: República del Ecuador
Hair color: Pitch Black, not a single tone of anything else. (It’s always ruffled ’cause of the quakes)
Personality/Interests/: Seems intimidating and aggressive, but is really kind on the inside and a grateful guy. If he stares, don’t back away, get closer. He loves discussing things but is short-worded.
Certain Relationships: He considers anyone a friend for life if they keep him company during or help and comforts him after one of his usual earthquakes, so naturally those linking the closest on the map is his best friends (Colombia, Peru, Brazil).
Weakness: Hugs. He needs them :’(
Other stuff: ”Ah’keep combin’ m’ hair but it goes ruffl’d again, Peru. Why’s’at?”
”No idea, li’l bro ^^ *ruffles*”
BTW: His hair-curl represents the world’s highest point and biggest inactive volcano, Mount Chimborazo.

Org. Name: República Cooperativa de Guyana
Hair color: A warmer black than Ecuador’s.
Personality/Interests/: Boob-lady of the continent. Pft, jk, jk. She’s caretaking, cool, naturalistic, light-hearted and motherly. Hobbies include; taking care of animals, cuddling with animals, breeding animals. Yep
Certain Relationships: She and Venezuela sits down and chats a lot with eachother. She acts like a mother to Surinam, and also Brazil, claiming she takes pity in them both, though it’s actually just the way she is.
Weakness: Pet-cuddle. Can. Not. Resist. (Prefers the not-so-cute ones over the über-cute because of earlier claiming, but tries to treat every living being equally.)
Other stuff: Has a pet-parrot that follows her every move, so she has never known how it feels to be alone.

PARAGUAY
Org. Name: República del Paraguay
Hair color: Jet black.
Personality/Interests/: Stubborn, challengeing, tough and confident, Paraguay knows how to speak for herself and is slyer than the sneakiest, most top-ranked lawyer. Isn’t really that people-smart, though. Maybe she’s the tsundere of South America.
Certain Relationships: Challenges Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil all the time just to have a blast, but is sad because Uruguay never agrees to compete.
Weakness: Uruguay. Never protests against Uruguay’s words even though she wants to, but only in matters that aren’t political or economical (and even then it’s hard for her). No one really knows why, but Uruguay has some sort of weird power over her. Also, she just melts of flattery when someone calls her Corazón de América (Heart of America), since she’s placed in the middle of the continent.
Other stuff: Swears. All. The. Time.
BTW: Her glasses represents the river Río Paraguay, which divides her place into the west and east side. Legend says that she found the glasses in the middle of the river at night, and when she put them on, water ran down from them, and one drop ran straight across the middle of her chest, thus dividing her.

Org. Name: República del Perú
Hair color: Brown
Personality/Interests/: Cooking stuff that are just as tasty, strange, funny and weird as himself (or so he says). His personality is that way, anyway. Has the habit of playing with peoples hair and is easily spacing out in other thoughts. Loves wacky colors and freaky decorations. Total freedom-lover.
Certain Relationships: Ecuador and Chile are his pets (is to big-hearted to be mad at Chile despite recent heppenings), Bolivia is his weapon-brother which he talks to. Goes well together with Brazil since they’re both super-fuckin’-happy dudes.
Weakness: Hair that is too soft so that he can’t stop petting it… Give him one of Guyana’s pets.
Other stuff: If you actually DO make him mad FOR ONCE, beware of the saucepan. And be very afraid – he can almost hit as hard as Hungary. And THAT is hitting hard.

SURINAME (sorry for the missing E on the pic)
Org. Name: Republiek van Suriname
Hair color: Jet black
Personality/Interests/: Mostly looks really uncomfortable, snce he doesn’t like having Guyana ”mommy” him. Poor guy – it’s impossible to get to know him as quickly as the others – he’s so shy and introvert you really don’t see much of his person at first. He is loyal, just and eager to fill his duty but pretty low-spirited, and is extremely diverse in language and religion.
Certain Relationships: Isn’t as close to Spain as the others, but likes the Netherlands more, so much that he rather speaks Dutch than Spanish which has set him apart from the others. Strangely enough, this didn’t brng him any closer to Brazil. Oh, and…
Weakness: Send Guyana to care for him and he just gives up. It’s not that he doesn’t like her, he just gets tired and feels pinned togethered.
Other stuff: Says ”meh” a lot. A. Lot.

Org. Name: República Oriental del Uruguay
Hair color: Gold and grey-ish dark brown
Personality/Interests/: Is a bit of a mystery (doesn’t smile very often), but she is kind, gentle and soft. Though, she has a dark, controlling and critical side, often uttering the words she lives after and says people have to choose from – ”Liberty or Death”. She is seen as a beauty, and is the only one as short as Chile.
Certain Relationships: Spends her spare time with Argentina. Is very close to Paraguay. Too close. Dammit, she kind of freaks me out a tad. (And that’s awesome.) Was once married to Brazil for about 7 years.
Weakness: …who knows …
Other stuff: She still has a scar on her cheek from the political and physical violence she had to live through during the 60’s.

Org. Name: República Bolivariana de Venezuela
Hair color: Golden/Bronze
Personality/Interests/: Superficial but sweet, gulliable, has child-like beliefs, loyal, very dog-like in that sense. She has pollution problems so she can’t get rid of the dirt on her nose. Thinks she’s ”a spectacular, humble beauty”. In reality, she’s just plump, a bit rude and pretty cute.
Certain Relationships: Loves to dance with Brazil and chatting about everything with Guyana and Colombia. Has been pulled on many practical jokes by Colombia, so she never calls Colombia by name. Instead, she calls her ”that meanie” or ”my mean sister”, ”the mean one”.
Weakness: Probably her gulliablety/naïvety.
Other stuff: Did you know? The symbolism traditionally ascribed to the colors of her flag are that the yellow band stands for the wealth of the land, the red for courage and blood, and the blue for the independence from Spain.
