Light and effects are quite stunning, you did an awesome job. It feels as if the drawing was animated, the boy really stands out, almost seeming to "come off" of the picture.

wow du hast es echt toll umgesetzt, das ganze Bild in einen blauen Schein zu hüllen
der Charakter sieht auch echt gut aus, die Maske erinnert mich an die Anbu von Naruto xD

First, I made the background with dark blue markers and used the colorless blender to take some color away, turning the dark blue into light blue
The final touches were made with colored pencils and white watercolor paint
