Outside that I think they're all sexy? Knockout is the Decepticon's version of Sunstreaker and epic. Soundwave is just epic; he needs no introduction. Starscream is just as amazing; don't know how to explain it

Starscream, hands down; he might be traitorous, but he's good at his job. Shockwave is too loyal and would not tell Megatron if there was a flaw with his plan.

From the wiki I've read about Shockwave loyalty is to "logic" and say he can rival megatron himself....P:/
