Really great stuff here! The rendering of the necktie is a little sharper than everything else, and I really like the necktie! Her teeth make me think of gum... anddd I'd say work to pull her from her background a little! The forground and background colors really blend in this case because you're using the same color schemes for both. You can put a little more shadow on the background, maybe that'll pull her forwards a little... i dont really know...
overall it's really great, what i pointed out was just stuff to improve on, rather i dont have time to say everything that i see is great!
