Nooo, Noodle and Cyborg Noodle and are two different characters. The original, non-cyborg Noodle was in phases 1 ( [link] ) and 2 ( [link] ) but after her windmill crashed in the El Manana video she went missing and Murdoc created a Cyborg version of her - Cyborg Noodle - in phase three. (Cyborg looks like this: [link] ) But in phase three the real Noodle returns and looks like this: [link] [link]
So now in phase 3 there are both Noodle and Cyborg Noodle.
