This fulfils all aspects of green, the dark, the light, the stretch and flow of nature. Not to mention my favourite colour is green. Love it.

Beautiful! This reminds me of seaweed being pulled by the tide.

Thank you, in most of work my goal is to construct an organic piece without rendering an organic object. Like drawing with the rules a tree follows instead of drawing a tree that I see. So if you see something natural in it I feel I've accomplished my goals.

fascinating, I have to say! I am not sure why, but you have really done something with this that I like. it's obviously very simple, but also a good example that complicated and difficult pieces aren't neceassarily the best. I love the texture, the deep richness of the colours - reminds me of underwater fairytales - lovely!

Thank You! I find what does it for me is how I try to make my art both very simple and highly complex at the same time. I'm influenced by nature and science. Instead of trying to draw a nature scene I try to paint using organic techniques to create images that people immediately associate with nature, even devoid of any depictions of scenery.
As always though photography fails to capture all the intricate details of oil and dA won't let me upload a 100mb png file :9
