Im confuzd which way is the wind blowing from?? Its just the scert look od compeard to the hair and her stance shows no werry of wind from below and the scert cant be that hevy looking with such a thin lady.

After looking more its a frontal wind yet the scert dose not look right its becose her hand shold be more twords the midle of the scert and not the side the way you did it it looks like originaly the hand whas in the midle and you later changed it to the side for better looks yet it makes the scert look od try to see theas things use a 3d render with cloth and angle it ass a frontal lower wind and it wont look like dat :v
