You are very welcome...I have seen old barns with new roofs only to be abandoned...there's no telling why anyone does what they do...

Yes indeed, there seems to be a rather large gap between what people intend to do in the future, and what they actually get around to doing. At least with a new roof, there's a possibility of using the building again. Once the roof goes, it's all over.
