Well, here's something on the Arcadian side of things...My favourite couple for the game Skies of Arcadia, Moegi and Enrique. Seeing that Valentines Day is fast approaching, I'm on the move to create at least 4 romantic styled artworks before the big day, even if it kills me. lol, so yeah... I've been meaning to draw Moegi in a Valuan dress sense for ages and this is the end result. I'm happy with how it turned out but I must admit, I don't think I could ever get around to drawing her hair like it should be. Without ink, it doesn't have the same presence as it should do...
Like always, I used the HB and 5B pencils to create this.

Ohh, not as what you think it is. I was just curious because I am an anime-lover. I enjoy reading manga and other anime comics. Let's see, maybe the perspective of a fan, I'm not forcing you. ^^

Hehe, well it has been such a long while since I've played SoA, so my memory of the characters is a little bit of a blur. But I remember in a forum rpg I once played, Enrique was still leading Valua as it was being rebuilt.

You meaning to tell my you've never played Skies of Arcadia before? 0_o
SoA first appeared on the Sega Dreamcast just before the beginning of 2000. Valua is the name of the country Enrique was prince to, while his mother Empress Teodora reigned the empire. Probably one of my favourite countries in video game history too. Moegi was princess to the Yafutoma empire that had more of an asian culture compared to the Valuan's dominant european likeness. All 'n' all, they eventually meet up in times of war while their nations fought each other, and fell in love.

Well, I'm not good in playing video games but i like the stories of the rpg games my folks play. I also use some of the stories as a reference of my manga.
Skies of Arcadia sounds interesting to me. I'll try my best to find a game like that if i can. I'm happy that Enrique is the prince in the game you played. It suits him well. I like him as a prince. ^^

lol, well if you have a Gamecube, you could always get Skies on that. It's quite an easy game once you get used to it. Plus it's a turn based battle system, so you never have to play fast or the like.

Aw... I can't afford one since the gamecube is very expensive and i rarely see one it stores. Very few sell them.. What is a turn based battle system?

A turn based system is how it sounds. Most RPGs have it.

I like the look on his face, it shows a lot of personality. ^^ His arm could've been more muscular, I think.
Her left arm is too short compared to the other one... and her hair might look more lively if you added a few loose strays. The shading is good, yesh.

Hmm, I'm not sure if Enrique's arms are all that muscular to begin with. He doesn't exactly have much of a mainly look about himself, being a pampered prince 'n' all.

Looks awesome. Though I am kind of sad that Moegi gets to be front a center while Enrique get pushed to the back, but itβs a loving embrace heβs doing so thatβs fine. I like the design for Moegiβs dress and Enrique looks hot!
