Naruko is quite easy going when it comes to the team. In a way she feels like she fits in here more than in class. She is very supportive and is always one of the few yelling "nice serve", "don't mind" and etc. Although the Flamingos tend to have a bad rep with their smack talk about other teams, she joins in indirectly saying things like "Yeah! We'll take 'em down no sweat!" or "They're no match for my final form!" rather than being rude. It's just not her style.

StrengthsUsing her small build to her advantage, she is able to dart across the court quickly and save most balls that are spiked their way. She is easily one of the fastest in the track and field team if she had joined them. She also has moderate stamina, game sense and technique from all her middle school training. She also claims that her KAMEHAMEHA block is able to intercept every ball (but honestly it's just a normal block.)

WeaknessesWhat she lacks in is power and jumping abilities. Saving a ball is no problem but when it comes to her turn to serve she finds difficulty in making an offensive serve. As a libero, jumping is not that much of a concern since she is not allowed to block the ball in any way but this means she is not able to learn the jump serve.

Naruko is a very idealistic girl, often striving and aiming for the best. Her motivation to win in anything she does is strong and will charge headstrong into any obstacle given to her. She is sincere, telling and showing you how she genuinely feels. Naruko is plenty much a relaxed person, having tendencies to forget or push aside important subjects or deflect insults by not caring as much. However, when it comes to friends and family, she is highly compassionate and can listen for hours to your worries and problems.

Often times, Naruko comes off as rather blunt since she does tend to say whatever comes to mind. If she realizes she went too far, she will try to apologize. Another downside to her hyperactive carefree nature is that she tends to be destructive. She has broken many sport equipment through her school years and even ripped her uniform on multiple occasions. Naruko is also a very bad liar with an even worse poker face and very much transparent with her emotions. Her imagination also leans towards the extreme side, jumping to conclusions and coming up with the worst or most absurd case scenarios.

|| HISTORYNaruko was born in another prefecture and only moved to her current residence only recently. Her parents are of the middle-upper income bracket and she's the youngest of 3 siblings with 2 older brothers. She is really close with her brothers and has always been playing with them since young, often learning off their habits. The brothers themselves sometimes get into disputes and fights but when she insists they stop fighting, they would do it for her. The eldest brother brought them games and sports, the second supplied manga and anime and art. Naruko got into all these hobbies (except drawing, she can only draw cute animals).

Ever since she joined the volleyball club in middle school, she has been fascinated. The way the team worked together to defeat the enemy united by a single captain! (She would easily compare this chemistry with Sailor Moon.) She wanted to be the one who helps defend against the attackers in the front lines (a middle blocker) but she had always been on the short side when it came to girls her age. She had never disliked her height before but now she was kind of sad that she could never get to be one. Her coach at that time then explained to her what the libero's job was. It was not flashy like a spiker's job or on the front lines like a middle blocker's and it was not even a compulsory role but it was a role only she could do (the coach put it lightly but she found out when she got older the coach just said that because of her height). Since then she had accepted her role and trained ever since.

Right after graduating middle school her parents decided to move closer to where her eldest brother worked so that the second brother had an easier time traveling to his university. Leaving behind friends was hard but she looked on the bright side, new friends to meet, new balls to receive. While looking up the high schools in the area, Soukichi Joshi Gakuen caught her attention. She thought the uniform was really cute and better yet she read up that they focused on sports. The school was calling out to her! In a heartbeat she asked her parents if she could apply there. At first they were apprehensive since they wanted her to go to a more prestigious school but finally buckled under her boundless enthusiasm. Now here she was, apply for Soukichi's volleyball team, the Flamingos.
