Yes, the heart is real.. and quite rotten.

very cool idea, I love the concept, and how the newspaper on your face looks blended into the background, I think it'd look cool with the newspaper covering your mouth too, like news is all you hear, or something...idk, lol just an idea, but I love this shoot either way
