▼ Biography
Both her brother and Naomi got it pretty easy. The lost city as it was now, her father and brother always protected her. And her mother taught her things about life. That the life they lived in wasn't easy and that you had to work hard to live as they did. But the only thing Naomi cared about was to play, which wasn't anything special for a small child. Her mother and father did not prefer her to play outside, so she never got the chance to. She was bored often so she demanded something to play with because it was their fault that she'd be bored at home. Her father and mother had no choice to give her her first gameconsole, probably second hand. Because they were afraid that her daughter would get bored after a while. But it wasn't. With so much games for her to choose she did not had a single urge to go outside anymore and stayed in her room.
After some years the way Naomi lived was not social, not healthy. Her father and mother knew that, but didn't want to take her "only" joy away. Her father got her and her brother a mobile phone, because they were old enough to go outside. But ofcourse Naomi didn't want to. Naomi's finger speed improved and was part of a group with the best players. For her it was a reason to become better and better. Her brother always tried his best to prevent Naomi from becoming more addictive to gaming but his words ment nothing to her anymore as she could only feel her urge to play.
In that time her mother got diagnosed with cancer. Leaving the family in great sadness. Naomi felt the same pain of losing her. But as soon as she left the house and went to the hospital she had the urge to go home and play. Every single time. It were two mixed feelings. She loved her mother and her whole family. But the addiction became to strong. So because she often got a temper at the hospital they let her go home. The times she was at the hospital she was looking at her phone, she noticed a strange strange e-mail shere she could join "Specter"? She continues to read the e-mail it said that by playing the game there is a chance of winning money. She was thrilled. Why wouldn't you join something you'd love to do and earn money from it? So she pressed yes.
But after a while her mother passed away. and from that moment Naomi realised what she had lost. She will never have the memories with her mother as normal kids do. It's all because of her addiction. It's like a virus in her brain. Making her think that become the very best at a game will give you happiness, which was everything but true. Her father and brother were disappointed. Ofcourse they were. She was hardly there when her mother needed her. They both took a step back, telling her to take care of herself in this hard world. After she would know the reasons to life she would return to home once again.
She used "Specter" to earn money with something she was good in, games. To do the things that are most important to others, caring. So everytime she wins, she'll take care of her and the poor. Because that's where she belongs now.
