Original Outline File: [link]Finally got around to coloring this. Sigh. Took me next to forever since I kept on procrastinating. Used my usual set of cheap-o colored pencils as well as the ever present additional digital background in Photoshop CS2. O_o
Did this a little lazier than usual. The black outlines aren't as clear....>.< Oh well.
Well what do ya think folks? Should I draw more Naru-Kyuubi in the future

OMG, Wow that looks very good. The background brings the colors out even more! Your colored pencials are awefully vibrant for being "cheap-o" it looks fantastic.

It's just shading them really dark (major finger pains from pushing so hard) and after scanning you play around the contrast in Photoshop since scanning takes away a lot of the colors. :3

you're welcome. I know what you mean about major finger pain. When I still used my colored pencils or when i have the strange urge to use them I press pretty hard on mine. I just never messed with the pictures in photoshop cause it always ended up looking strange. I'll have to try it. ^^

Hai. It's hard to balance all the colors right. Not to mention you don't get a second chance if you make a mistake since these things don't erase.....T__T I miss having a tablet to CG with. *sigh*
