Wow, this is awesome. The sky looks beautiful!
Although I really think that the dress should be a different color... or maybe not as big and puffy. It looks out of place even with the purple flowers around.
For a minute I was thinking that the title and idea came from the song 'I Talk to the Rain' by Yuki Kajiura. But then I saw the little short poem in your description and I became unsure. Do you know the song?

the under part of her dress is not really "merge" with the grass
I don't really know about photomanipulation though...
