Agreeing with the comment below that the hand should be bigger.

Proportionally, hands should be around the size of the face, including the forehead.

Oh wow this is so beautiful! The only thing that I suggest is maybe making the hand bigger because it looks a little small, but other than that the form of the face and your choice of colors are quite breath taking!
