Though if I could recommend one thing, it'd be to make the eyes a bit more detailed and sharp; otherwise it's a bit unsettling to look at. I can kinda see what you were going for with the blurred and blended softness in the color, but from another standpoint I'd go by my previous statement of detail and sharpness.
I hope you don't mind the small critique, I'm just trying to help you out with some suggestions.
