My computer did not want to upload this...Anyway, this is a request of Locke and Celes of Final Fantasy 6 after Locke's dead girlfriend, Rachel, is brought back to life momentarily by the Phoenix esper. She chose not to stay alive and told Locke that he should move on without her and find someone else. He starts talking with Celes again, so this picture represents him blowing away a Phoenix feather and letting go of his past with Rachel.

This is very nice, I really like the way you drew Locke and Celes. The body forms, the clothes, the way their hands are laced all fit this pic wonderfully. They way you drew the Phoenix feather is also pretty cool, the firery glow is a nice touch. Off hand, the only thing that seems odd is the placement of the feather. Has he just now blown upon it? If so, then wouldn't it make sense for the feather to be, perhaps, closer to the edge of the screen or blowing past Celes' face instead of being over his palm? Well, it might be nothing but it seems strange to me. Regardless, I really like this pic and thanks so much for doing it for me. Thanks ever so much and catch you later.

There are strands on the outside of her, one on her cheek and another in her hair which is hard to see since it's yellow as well. I see the feathers as made up of fire, so it's a failed attempt of making it look like the fire goes out before it reaches Celes with only a few strands going past her.

I took a closer look and spotted them, sorry about the mix up. Hmmm. Well, if you think this needs fixing (I myself don't think it's a problem, but it's your call) then one idea might be to recolor the strands a reddish orange to make them look like embers and sparks. The Phoenix IS a fire bird, so it makes sense. Well, like I said, I do like this pic and thanks ever so much for doing it for me. If you decide to try another of my ideas, then I hope it proves a fun project. Thanks again and catch you later.

Okay. I went back and added more orange, but it didn't really show up as bright as I'd like since I didn't want it completely overlaying the picture.
