Description
A small gift for who is a lovely person and artist! This is her character Hilly playing with some kind of butterfly-dragonfly creature. I have wanted to draw Hilly for long time because her markings and colors are awesome.I hope you like!

Buggy was fun to draw - first I was going to draw a dragonfly but then I ended up drawing antennas and didn't know anymore what kind of bug it was.

My old dog used to do this pose quite often if she wanted someting and she also knew a command for it. I haven't taught it to Nuutti because he has so long back that I am not sure if this pose is healthy for it.
I love your interpretation about the approaching bug! Now that you mentioned - it really looks like it tries to hug Hilly with its little antennas.

Aww, cute! My uncle has a big dog and it does that when it sees me, though it sometimes ends up making me fall on the ground by falling on me.

Pastellipaperi on kyllä ihanaa, sille on jotenkin rentoa värittää. Sain tämän lehtiön joululahjaks ja tässä on kellertäviä sävyjä. Taisin jäädä niin koukkuun, että pitää koittaa jostain löytää muunkin värisiä!

Itse en oikein oo lämmennyt pastelliväreille, mutta pastellipaperi kyllä on kiva, jos käyttää ihan normaaleja puuvärejä.
