Interesting view with the ribbed front body "plate" removed, but still having the gill pattern on the neck and the shoulder cap. The array of puncture marks where the suit attaches is an interesting idea, would make scientific sense, plus goes along with the whole creepy factor that permeated "Prometheus".
The rage and despair the title refers to appear to have been captured. Accurately drawing a snarly face is quite a challenge, and was pulled off quite well. The eyelid and eyeball shading are very well done. The cranium shape appears to be correct-it is at a tricky angle to shade, but since nothing jumps out as improperly shaped, the rendition can be considered a success. Completely outlining each tooth sometimes creates an unwanted effect, but works properly here. (The actor portraying the Last Engineer, dubbed Argonahn by the artist, has crooked teeth that actually give the otherwise inscrutable Engineer a lot of character.)
It appears that Argonahn is leaning forward - the detail of the top of his trapezius muscle-neck column junction is accurate, but his chest seems too flattened. The muscle position of the pectorals is correct, but by making what look like intercostals meet in front where the rectus abdominis should be, it visually (and functionally) constricts his ribcage. Given that the Engineers at the beginning of the movie had essentially human muscle structure, it would not be likely that the later Engineers would have something different.
As always, the shading is the outstanding factor of the picture. The artist accomplished the contrast between the white skull and dark chair without resorting to outlining the figure - that is a notable feature in itself. Both the focus character and the background are well rendered with the appropriate texture to show live flesh and the shell-like construction of the chair. (This is the egg chair for the big curved control panel - the Ghost Engineer's hologram nearly sits on David while he is trying out the chair.)
At the time this critique was written, this image was masked for nudity. While it is true the character is nude, there is nothing inappropriate exposed - therefore I hope the artist considers unmasking it. The shading quality is too good not to be seen by other viewers.

The great thing about Latin is it's the same no matter what language an anatomy book is printed in!
After looking at the Sacrifice Engineer again, I suppose the part that doesn't quite look right could be Argonahn's abdominals aka "six-pack", but I don't think they would slant at that steep of an angle.

Oh I haven't finished my fanfic, due to my lack of patience and lack of writing skills. I might finish it, but then the ending would be awful XD

Looks great! If I had to offer critique I'd say that the eyes are a bit large.

Great details, Ani! Though, I don't think this picture needs a mature warming, not enough skin to warrant one. ;3
I think the teeth turned out good, but then again, I haven't seen this character make this expression before. XD

Wonder where zabani got to? I have seen the image she must have used as a reference - it is actually from when he fights the giant squid monster (trilobite).

Found the image. It is on the Prometheus Forum website, third page of a thread called "Why the Engineer final battle should have been included." or something to that effect. The posting is by Carrot and pretty recent, so the thread is on the first page of the forum section. It's a double picture-grimacing face with a nasty burn and the tentacle re-wrapping around his neck on the left, and his surprised reaction at getting a shotgun blast to the chest on the right.

I'd have to go through my photo stash to be sure, but I think it may be from a rehearsal of the fight scene. Ridley Scott is holding his hand up close to Ian Whyte's face to give him a visual target to react to. Ian is snarling like he just got smacked on the nose.
The Engineer had no way of knowing about the surprise the Squid monster had for him. Just looking at it, you would be more likely to believe it had a beak or mouth it could bite with. The squid monster had one tentacle around the Engineer's neck and another around his body, so I'm sure he was having a hard time breathing.
