Trying to learn lighting, and ended up with this. its a vue render with a lot of photoshop post work. I really loved it but the more I looked at it the more I started to dislike it, so Bella said I should post it.Sorry I had to re post because things where messed up

I woke up this morning and took a look again, now I dislike it even more. why would three people just be standing like that at a top of a mountain. where is there climbing gear. I really like the lighting but it still need more atmosphere.
or should I just delete it.
can anyone tell me what they don't like about it, as there is things I like but something is ruining it for me.

Could you tell me please if you used real men in Photoshop or "multipeeps" in Vue? And if they are multis, do you know a tut about?

You're right, though..first thing I thought of ..what the heck are those three guys doing standing there?..lol
I think it's the way they are standing..especially the one on the far left...They all seem to be looking down at something..when, If it were me standing there, I'd certainly be looking up.
Unless of course..there were something more interesting to be found down below, on other side of the mtn..like a spaceship crash, perhaps? *wink*
That would be neat to see, if you could do that kind of lighting..make it seem like there's a fire down below..lol..give them something to look at.
Oh well, *so smiling*..just a thought..

but, you know me and snow..how we get along so well..The snow is what drew my eye at first, and you've done it beautifully.

but... if i can say something.. 
you keep them people there, but change them with different pose? maybe with their arms outstretched,facing the moon. it's like the call of the alert, where they were amused by the scene of the moon..
just maybe...but you know, as per usual, your work is fantastic.

Actually I think this piece is again one of your wonderous pieces with postwork Photoshop. It's almost a silent night sort of feeling. You were wondering about the shadows though, i think maybe a Wolf pack howling at the moon in shadows may do wonders to this piece.
