Commission made for INCREDIBLE-BRAYOn Earth MXD, Hal Jordan and Carol Danvers were best friends in the Air Force. Hal became Green Lantern after the death of the one that gave him the ring. He protected the Galaxy for years until he died saving Coast City. He passed the ring to Carol and she promised to protect and serve.
