The color is just amazing how it is changed from being dull and boring. Now it is beautiful and really stands out, yet it is the same picture!~ The rainbow effect (or whatever you wanna call it) really makes the picture fun and exciting! I kinda wouldn't have used it for the guy angel though, he kind of fades into the background a bit. but the other two are beautiful!~ Nice work over all!! Nice originality!~ You lose the value impact when you use rainbow (happens all the time) but it is really nice!~ I love this work overall!~ Great job!~

6 years without Photoshop, I downloaded the program again (and kept this amazing action in my pc) I just opened PS and it still works, I think it'll always be my favorite. Absolutely stunning work. Thank you!

I can download and load into PS but the action won't play - it is greyed out. Does the layer need a specific name?

Don't know if this is your problem of whether you've already figured it out, but you need to open the "AFW's Go Boom" folder and select the "Experiment" folder to be able to start the action.
