This is the 2nd and probably final concept of 2 different costumes Talia has.. [the casual look and the formal look] the combat look is already drawn on a sketch somewhere at the scrap book~ donno if I should redo cause the sketch seemed a little awkward somehow..

anyways, this is Talia in her... Formal E.R.A 107th Uniform,

This uniform is worn when she defected to the E.R.A side after being rescued by Rakon Reinhard as she was unconscious being left alone, betrayed.... by the ones she trully trusted and had feelings for him. [Nagova Raichev]

Costume description:
* Formal wear
* an E.R.A Tie [had the E.R.A insignia on it];
* White badge with 3 stars[1st class combat service],
* Double Dark blue and Light blue in the middle badge[Insignia of Service to the Fatherland(E.R.A[Sector7[Germany]]);
* RANK: 1 golden cube[Lieutenant]
