This is good and has a lot of potential. The hand is fantastic, and the clothing looks great. However the pose is not very dynamic and the chin is a bit pointy. There is some fanastic shading on this, but on some areas the shading seems too small for what cast it - ie at the top of the dress. The staff at the back is very good, and has a great use of light as well as shadow, but for the rest of it could benefit from a greater use of light. The hair flows well, but would again benefit from some shading. I hope that this helps!

I chose this not very dynamic pose, because I made this for a design contest. It wasn't about a dynamic or even fighting pose and impressive image, but about the design of a new senshi called Ophiuchus (the snake-holder). So I chose a pose where all details in the dress can be seen. (Thats why I put one arm on the staff behind her back.)
The chin in manga style is a matter of taste, imho. I like pointy chins.
For the shading, I imgined the light coming from the right top corner. There is more light at the top of the dress than under the skirt of course. ^^
The hair has shading, if you look close, but I agree, that in this size it doesn't have the same effect as in the bigger original.
Light... what can I say... I like it dark!
