Probably the best skin I ever made. Spent a lot of time on this skin. The volume bar was kind of a bitch to make, and I believe I was the first person to create one like it, back in 2003.Decided to put all my Custo submissions on Devart finally.

oh! because i made this before that was around...i think if you put it in the same folder as the rest of the skins it should load up just fine though.
if i remember right you might even be able to just rename the .zip to .wsz
