This is more directed at the comments than at the picture itself.
Obviously, the main focus is Argis and his gorgeous manlyness (and the borderline ludicrous skill has with colored pencils that makes me want to cry in a corner at my utter ineptitude with said medium).
But...did no one notice the snot bubble coming out of the master's nose? Because that's the first thing I saw.
