Whew.... I pulled an all-nighter to finish this piece in time for 's contest...My back is killing me, I had a hard time focusing my eyes, and I'm totally drained. I'm just dead. X_x
Concept is simple, "flowers for the dead", since I never ever draw flowers except for an occasional rose, I will understand if you can't recognize the flowers, XD
I had fun researching the chrysanthemum. In Japan they symbolize luck and eternal life ( I think, it's 5 am and I cannot think at all XD)
It looks better live, as always, but I hope you still like it.

(P.S. There's no signature on this one cause I thought it would kinda ruin the picture, but if you steal this, you die. I'm not kidding.)

The hands are a little bit too small compared to her body, but I like it very much.

I have inked it with a 0.3 pen. I did use photoshop to make it darker tho.
Hands are too small, and I am painfully aware of that XD But it doesn't ruin the overall impression, which is the most important thing.

Moram priznati da je to jedna od najboljih stvari koje sam ikad nacrtala. (ako ne i najbolja, XD)
Pazila sam jako na linije, malu su mi pobjegle tu i tamo kod tulipana, ali se ne vidi pa je u redu, haha,
Kad sam pokazala frendovima rekli su mi da izgleda kao da je isprintano, tj. ko da je rađeno digitalno (tad još nije bilo gotovo niš osim nje). Isplatilo se pomučiti za finalni rezultat, moram priznati!

Jesam, XD pazim ja na detalje.. Hehe, zapravo u Japanu i nisu bile uopće cvijeće za sprovode, nego simbol sreće i obilja. Tek nakon što su europljani itkrili to cvijeće su se počele upotrebljavati u pogrebne svrhe. Eto.

Yep. Inked all the way. And I used 0.1 pen and uni-ball micro pen (0.3 perhaps).
Imagine inking this whole damn thing with such a thin pen... It's murder!! XD
