Description This is Kipling in a somewhat regal pose...I saw him sunning himself and had to grab my camera...I think I took about twenty shots ><

Update: Kipling died three years after this was taken due to kidney failure and bladder cancer. :/

So, did you enter it into the contest? The lighting is so soft and luminious, I would think it would have a great chance!
Too bad about the shadow line across the head, but I still think that this is very well composed, and the detail is fabulous!

Definately my favourite of the ones you posted, the lighting is absolutely incredible. You really captured the soft texture of the fur aswell, and its lazy expression is great. Wonderful shot!

It's always worth a shot, what have you got to lose? Maybe try adding a border that compliments it just for a finishing touch.
