Another one of those funny sign combos in the city, nothing artistic, I was snap-happy that night in town.

This photo reminds me of the lazy sophist argument, where it claims that our future is already written down and all we do is play it out, we cannot change nothing. So apparently, sit back, relax and your fate will play out.

I personally don't this like view, our lives were meant for action and discovery, and adopting this stance in life is just plain foolish. But the thing about different pathways through daily life is easy to ponder about, we only live through one pathway, and that one is going to take you to the next, and things play out from there, if we follow the lazy sophist argument, we would be just like the old man/woman sitting on the park bench, aimless and not taking the best path possible.
