Description Lake Boomanjin, Fraser Island.

Taken at the same time as 'Change of Colour', I just wanted to to show how red the water was. Even though it's not nearly as pretty a photo....

Hah, red water *insert obligatory FullMetal Alchemist joke here*. I like this. It's a nice shot.

wow - such clear water at that place! the random land structures remind me of the everglades in florida (in the states). i like the wire-looking grass at the bottom left - i recently took some snaps with long exposures of a fire on a beach at night and it reminds me of those flame-trails - the reflections you got here are great - it's hard to tell where they begin

Thanks!

You should definately visit Australia sometime, it really is a great place to be - especially the National Parks, they're very pristine.

Btw, if you want a small taste of the youth culture here, listen to a little bit of the radio (link in my sig). Try listening at 7:30am GMT (might be a bit early for you) or try from 8pm GMT onwards any weekday...

oh, and (not to be outdone - LOL) america has some insanely beautiful things to see as well ... but if you visit, you should bring a big gun or at least some bodyguards D

i'm actually going to come over in jan or feb next year for about two weeks. i'm going to catch up with some friends and trip all over the place. i can't wait!!!! i'm not actually the 'planner' of the trip, so i'm not sure as to exactly what we'll be doing, but i know we'll be hitting the east and west coast and a lot in-between. ...plus, there's a woman i love over there that i can't wait to see... my, 'little darlin', if you will.

"hitting the east and west coast"...that's a bit of a laugh, there's not much between Perth and Broome ('west coast'). But I'm sure if you do go there you'll have a good time. If you can, try bushwalking in the Blue Mountains, I'm told it's fabulous. Also if you're in Melbourne, try and see a game of cricket at the MCG...a one-day international would be the best choice.

Anyway, make the most of your time here and I hope you'll have a great time while you're here. And, of course, you find your 'little darlin' in good health.
