I very much like how the face is so much more pronounced than the rest of the portrait. Really great detail, especially with the wrinkled forehead and the liver spots. Great piece.

Also---I'm curious as to how you got a time frame of 3-6 hours. It seems to me like it would be very definitively one or the other. But, that aside, an impressive time frame for such a detailed piece!

Thanks a lot

3-6 hours.. You know how it is. When you draw you lose all feeling of time. Besides, it depends whether you count in time i spent preparing and making a grid on the sheet. I guess I "could" have done the drawing itself in about 3 hours, but all togehter spent about 5 hours +/- 1.

Nice. It's kinda sad how much crap he gets. I'm not saying I support Communism, but he had good intentions. All he wanted to do was see the fair treatment of his fellow Russians. I mean, he gave back land to the poor...untill that butthole Stalin took it away....

Nice work man.

I really like how you did the camera effect by blurring parts of the image, and how you capture the intensity of the eyes.

Men, men, men. Hva ser vi her. Adrian kan tegne. Lenin har sΓ₯ granskende blikk.
Lite, lite spΓΈrsmΓ₯l.

Adrian87 In reply to barefoot-girl [2007-08-22 06:19:51 +0000 UTC]
