Nice pose, as always. Though my curiosity can't help but wonder what that little black thing is on the floor on the bottom-right of the picture.

I think it's a piece of tape (to mark the spot on the floor where the camera roughly can see)

lovely!
Also one thing I just noticed but would express my appreciation for, the fact that you aren't using the NC clause of Creative Commons, and that's great! It defies the very purpose of creative commons, and it's quite controversial, but people seem to not want to let it go for some reason...

Is that the non-commercial one? I couldn't possibly have time to track down every use of the stock and try to enforce anything else lol

Yeah, the non-commercial one. But apart from the practical side, it's also conceptually contrary to the very point of CC, which is the free diffusion of content.

I don't know too much about CC, to be honest. But it seems like a non commercial version should be fair in some instances. I can see at least why someone might want to use it. How come you feel it defies the purpose of CC though? Was CC founded to give commercial licenses? I don't know anything about how it was developed. xD

CC is born as an alternative to the suffocating culture of copyrights. A CC license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use, and build upon a work that they have created. It is a part of a free culture movement that wants informations, content, art, to be accessible by all and shared by as many people as possible, and is also a form of reaction to the maximization of copyrights that hollywood and other media majors (and not only, GMO giant Monsanto is part of this) have been, often violently, enforcing in the world. Such thing led to the proposition of some human rights infringing law proposals such as SOPA, PIPA and the ACTA trade agreement that was luckily stopped by the European Union's parliament.
As per the NC clause, actually it has several problems:
- They make your work incompatible with a growing body of free content, even if you do want to allow derivative works or combinations.
- They may rule out other basic and beneficial uses which you want to allow.
- They support current, near-infinite copyright terms.
- They are unlikely to increase the potential profit from your work, and a share-alike license serves the goal to protect your work from unethical exploitation equally well.
There is a very good in-depth discussion here if you have the time to read:
freedomdefined.org/Licenses/NC I hope CC drops the NC clause altogether, making it unavailable. It's just an unpractical compromise.
