I'm not sure what to write here story wise but I'm guessing Vivian and Luigi got separated from the others,
Found the pokemon that went missing.. Along with the troublemaker who was causing all these strange happenings.

Vivian only has her level 17 Weedle with her and she's facing off against 6+ pokemon..

Anyways... levels gained..

Luigi gains 7 levels! (Head Shot + Shading + BG + Bonus)
Baily , Kendra , Hero , Cindy , Ron ,and Silvia

get 0 levels because I'm lazy. xD

.:April Event:. - April's FooleryYou made it! Finally!
The culprit is before you, but arrayed around them are all the pokemon that have gone missing!! Their gazes seem unfocused, glazed perhaps?, and there's no recognition in their eyes as they stare at you, from where they are flanking the one who'd called them all together.
From above drop several Magnemites, magnifying the hypnotic broadcast the unique pokemon is emitting.
Hypnotic... Hypnosis!! Of course...! No wonder such strange things are happening. You're not really a pokemon, it's all in your own head!! It's all hypnosis!
"No! You cannot be here. You shall NOT be here!
Deal with this intruder, brothers and sisters!"
As the perpetrator moves into the background, those pokemon it's hypnotized to its purpose start for you.
