A good group shot with four girl that show clearly distinct personalities. The black haired girl looks very serious, ginger haired girl looks very kind, blue haired girl gives off a skeptic vibe and white haired girl seems relaxed with a bit of vanity. Their poses are all different and also show the relationships in this group. I think that the blue haired girl is the most charismatic person, as she sits on the table.

I have a question about uniforms. They look very similar, so why are the colors different? This creates some dissonance.

The walls of the room seem not high enough for the black haired girl to stand up. I think that some work on perspective would do. However, I am not an expert either so I recommend checking books on this subject. I like the shelf. Kudos for not making all the books of the same color! Different colors give a feeling of realism.

Finally, the animation. It gives off a creepy vibe, giving the girls a psychopathic feeling. The motion and screen colors make me think that maybe all this is happening in a computer game. I like the how the title fits this artwork. "What do you choose to believe?" gives the viewer a feeling that they can choose whether the true self of the girls is the normal one or the creepy one.

Overall, it's really great!

I like this piece a lot, not just because it's about a game I played and liked but because it has a lot of quality overall.
It's been a long while since I last played this game and I don't remember much about it, there's probably a lot of new stuff by now (and this fanart is probably based off it) so I don't know if I can recognize a lot from the times I used to play the game.
I'm pretty sure the thing that brought me in was the .gif format, I'm a sucker for animation and I always like to see how people can add more life to a picture with just a couple effects and/or extra frames.

Here's a couple observations of your work:

Lineart: Awesome

• The linework was done wonderfully, I really don't see anything wrong with it, the lines are thick or thin depending on the object they're defining, for example the lineart is slim when it comes to the faces and the clothes, but more thick for the legs and the arms of each girl. Great job!
• The lines used to define the borders of the room could use a little more work though, they bring more attention to themselves specially after seeing how the bookshelves and the table don't have any sort of extra lines.

Color: Awesome!

• The colors are well balanced, none of them are too intense or too bland-looking, so I have no problem navigating my eyes all over the picture, nothing distracts me from the focus point (the girls).
  
• I love the color palette you chose for each character, each of them have the color of her hair match their respective outfits creating a symbiosis between them and making the picture pleasant to look at, this helps differentiate them and gives an idea of each others personality.

Shading/lighning: Awesome!

• I can tell you set this picture to not have a defined source of light, but instead you went for a faint light and shaded everything uniformly across the whole painting, there're pretty much no shadows/highlights anywhere but you still managed to blend in some extra colors for the clothes an the skin along with the hair to prevent the everything from looking flat or weak.
  It's hard to chose this type of lightning and still manage to make everything look plausible
• Props to you for that hair shading skills!
  

Anatomy: Awesome!

• All the feminine features are present in every girl, the proportions of their limbs are well done and none of them seem to be missing anything regarding anatomy.
• I see the hand in the lower left of the girl with the glasses is a little weird- looking, as well as the right hand of the girl with the eyepatch (it kinda looks like she's not resting her arm on her hip but instead she's hovering her arm in the air), aside from all that everything is great!

Animation: Great!

• Great job on that glitchy effect! looks amazing and it makes the picture fun to watch!
• Most of the girls expressions looks interesting enough after the glitch, however I think the one of the girl in blue is a little forced if you ask me.
• The extra details like the blood on the clothes are also very nice!

Background: Good!

• Out of all the aspects of this drawing, the background is definitely the most lacking
• Don't get me wrong, your backgrounds are good, but it just feels like the quality of the characters doesn't get reflected too much on them, you could add more stuff to make them less bland.

Details:

• Out of all the characters, I think both girls on the left are the best of them all, mostly because they are ones I like the most when shifting to the dark version, their expressions are the most belivevable as opposed to the other two on the right.
• The poses of the girls with the white and the red hair are best out of them all.

Conclusion:

• Wonderful piece! I find your style to be very good and your sense of animation great as well!
• I really can't tell you how to get better at drawing characters, because you're already amazing at that But if I can ask you something is that you try to put a little more effort on the backgrounds, I'd love to see you take on landscape drawings and concept art more often .

Hello, dear. I'm from
Sorry for my bad "Engurish" in some parts, i really tried my best to describe my thoughts correctly. 
At first, want to say, that you really worked good on this piece! I like the glitching idea of "another side" of these beautiful scholars. The zooming while it turns out is perfectly timed. Also, i like how you composed all these figures here. Great work! But there is a thing that confuses me a bit. What was your original idea giving a look of this another side? I mean, it's not changing as much, girls are just open their eyes and all that. The only person that made me creep after changing sides was a blue-haired one. Like her expressions of fear and madness. Also, it's not such a thing, but it would be cool to add some stuff to BG. I have played Yandere Simulator, and you know, there is a lot of blood there, and here..I see, that you added some, but Yandere Simulator is a very. Blood. Game. You know what i saying. (   ͡° ͜ ʖ ͡°)
Also, BG looks kinda edgy. You drew such a detailed table and girls, and because of that bookshelves looks like from another picture. I even know why. You just had to add some lines to it or some titles to books, and it would be great!

honestly given how all the other girls are, I wouldn't touch any of them with a 39 and half inch poll! I know Christmas is over but I still stand by it. but I really like the gift the art is good and the effects toward it are amazing is that something you did in a video editing software or in the animating software?
