I believe this is a "Sogo Yukidian" Purple Phalaneopsis Orchid which was taken at the Belle Isle Anne Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory ~ Detroit, Michigan ~ Orchid Exhibit.Full View Recommended...Thanks!

ALL my orchid shots were handheld...I didn't have a tripod with me that day! Duhhhhhhh, me!!! 
I have to remember to put those things in the car when I go on such excursions! And actually, even though I have one...I have not YET used a tripod!
