I really like the idea of Deku as a villain. Some horrible things happened to him and in an alternate universe (where I imagine All Might didn't chose him, UA rejected him and his mom was killed) he joined the villains' side where they gave him a chance. He stole the One for All and fights with knives (just imagine a blade thrown with his strength). His admiration for Katsuki has turned into an obsession : for him he is the only true hero (same mindset as Stain), and he sees him as his rival.
Yes I've thoroughly imagined the whole AU in my head x)
