This is Matenshi, probably the most unknown charecter in entire Touhou series(she is from SoEW, if you are wandering.

This is absolutely wonderful, I really love this. You really did an excellent job capturing the charm of Matenshi's design, I haven't seen too many draw her with short hair since it appears to be long and loose from the sprite, I really like it though! So many people just overlook her in a Touhou 2 playthrough, her and Noroiko as well, it's too bad because they have such nice designs and are very interesting...
Funny enough Matenshi's actually more known in the Japanese fanbase compared to some of the other PC-98 mid-boss characters, and especially some of those PC-98 exclusive ending characters from Touhou 1's good endings and 5's Reimu good ending, a lot of said characters don't even have fan-names yet, but I'm really glad Matenshi has one. ;ᴗ;

Yeah, I know that she supposed to have long hair, but I saw somebody drawing her with short hair, and I kinda fell in love with that variation of Matenshi.

Understandable really, many in fact do get the hair wrong as she's often drawn with a ponytail mistakenly, but I figured you drew the hair short on purpose, and it's pretty great!
And of course! I'm actually a big fan of these underrated characters as well, so it was a very nice treat; I'm thankful you drew her. ^^
