I did this for my big sister as a late birthday present.
Made fully out of FIMO and painted with ackrylics.
On his own he's about 23cm and with pedestal 24-24.5 cm.

I was up two days making the thing without any rest. Should have started making him earlier than three days before deadline but u know... procastination. -_-
It's a shame that some of the paints didn't like the varnish I used.
I didn't have time to take photos at home so I did it at her place.
