A few hours after nightfall, Ace, Richard and Sparx were lighting torches outside, while awaiting the return of the other members of the Sheikah Tribe. After the last torch was lit, They returned to the oasis in the center of the territory, and sat down. “What’s taking those guys so long? They should have been back already.” Ace said. “I sent out to recon earlier today, and everyone else has been doing their regular training,” Richard explained. “But you’re right. They are taking a bit too long to come back.” Sparx suddenly got up and started walking away from them. “I see someone running towards us. He’s running very fast, he must be Smashformed,” she said. Ace and Richard looked at each other, and then they got up as well, and ran over to Sparx to get a closer look. “Yeah, that is fast. I can’t see what character that is, though. It’s so dark out there,” said Ace, as he walked further to try and get a better view. “That kinda looks like… Sheik!” The three ran towards the person, who’s running dimmed down to a slow jog and eventually stopped. The person began to glow and reverted to his human form. “That’s Kyle!” Richard exclaimed. “He was in the recon group!” They eventually reached to where Kyle was standing.

“Sir! Everyone… attacked… Purple orbs…” Kyle could barely talk due to exhaustion. “Kyle! Relax! Try to regain your breath first,” said Richard. Kyle took his advice and calmly tried to regulate his breathing. Then he tried again. “We were waiting at the outskirts of the village in the west to rendezvous with the other members when we got attacked by a large number of strange humanoids with antenna’s on their heads.” Ace was surprised when he heard that and said: “Antenna’s, huh? That’s sounds like the Primid.” Everyone looked at Ace while he continued: “They shouldn’t be too hard to beat, depending on their numbers. So how many of them are there?” “Not many at first,” Kyle said. “But every time we beat them, these purple orbs would appear and form into more of them! And it got worse when the rest of the members came to help out.” Ace ran into Richard’s tent. After a few seconds, he ran back out with his bag and pulled out a big pouch. “Alright!” he said. “Let’s go rescue the rest of the Sheikah Tribe!” He ran over to Kyle and placed his hand on Kyle’s forehead. His eyes glowed blue for a second and then he took his hand off. He then touched the badge he was wearing on his shirt, which had the Smash symbol on it. He began to glow and his appearance changed. He turned into Mario. At that moment Richard thought to himself “Mario? What is he planning?” A green pipe suddenly burst out of the sand. “Jump in!” said Ace. “Huh? Why?” Kyle asked. “Don’t question the man, just do it!” yelled Richard as he ran towards the pipe and jumped in. Sparx followed behind him and did the same, and so did Kyle. Ace jumped in as last and then the green pipe sank into the ground.
