Aka: Billy-Bitchcakes

He wanted a dragon design with an oriental-ish type design similar to what was done in WoW with the cloud serpents. So i designed this, I'm still not too sure about the colors because i don't typically use bright colors on dark patterns but if he wants it changed he'll tell me (hint hint)
I also had a pallet based around some golds and whites if you wanna see that, it's here: acember.deviantart.com/art/Ora… though i'll probably dull down the brightness a bit so it's not so harsh if you think you like this better )
