She looks very cute. The anatomy is good for the most part, though the legs look a bit awkward, especially the one where we can see the foot).
The shading on the shirt looks great. The shading on the other areas, while placed well, looks a bit odd in color. If you were using dodge and burn to shade (forgive me if you weren't, the colors just have that appearance) I would recommend not doing that. Shading looks much better if you hand pick your colors.
If she's failing down, her hair should be going up more than it is. Not much more but the skirt going up more than the hair makes it hard to determine if she is floating or falling.
The background is nice for the most part, I love the colors used, but the blurriness contrasts with the sharpness of the character. Making it just a bit sharper would have blended the two together better.

Umm.. The legs looks bit awkward but in the picture she was trying to hold down the skirt in her bag so it won't be waving up.
I don't use dodge or burn since I made all of this including the BG in Paint Tool Sai so I use marker, airbrush and waterbrush. Also the colors, every time I shade, I made the colors to look more pop so light yellowish and the shading would be little bit dark red. After that I contrast it to rhymes the background.
Yeah she's failing down but... as you can see, she have an umbrella which slows down the gravity and the air above is stronger so it rathers wave her hair to the left instead of going up. But if she's doing a freefall without any chutes then the hair will be waving up!
It's not the blurriness of the character, it's the effects. In real life if you look at sun rays, you won't even see anything besides light but I lower down the brightness cause I'm showing the character not the BG XD

Very cute! I love her bright eyes! The only thing that urks me is it sort of looks like her head is a tad big but other then that great work

the hair and face look very nice, but her arms seem too thin and the flow of her skirt is weird. :l

The background looks a little washed out... it's almost like it was dependent on brushing and smugging. The anatomy could be corrected as well; her head looks far too large, her eyes are a bit too far apart, her overall expression looks bland and cut-out, her hair should be blowing in all directions, her arms are too tiny and her legs seem awkward (I can't really describe what's wrong with them). The shading is also very, very off. I couldn't even begin to explain every little detail but... it's off. Way off. She looks like soft plastic because of the miss-shading actually! ^^'
But decent work. Looking forward to see you progress!

That's not actually constructive criticism also this art style is called Moe where her head is bigger like pre-pubescent girl. Also don't question my shading....
Before you criticize, work on your art first. No offense but I don't like someone criticizing me with lots of complaints. Hope you don't be mad for pin pointing something I dislike since you dislike mostly my style and it's not constructive. You wanted me to change like the whole thing is not constructive.
