Description
This is my latest base, just when I was looking at my site thinking "I will probably never make another base." She is different than most of my other ones, but I really like her. I made her up while it was snowing (YES SNOWING) in Texas... thus the name.
I got some lovely CC from the girlies in doll chat, so thanks! Enjoy! And link back (and show me!) if you decide to use it
