Would that be done by the team of Amanda Conner on art and Jimmy Palmotti writing who went on to do DC's awesome Power Girl run?
Did they do a giantess comic? Did it include babying smaller people at all? I am intrigued to say the least?

the story deals with a scientist who accidentally invents 'Moms' -- thus the pink character. All adults are normal sized.
