this is my explanation for Pidge's hair.. i know yall dont care... but im obsessed.... so fuck it:
see shes this weird obsessed gremlin right? probably has abysmal self-care habits. no showers. no sleep. her hair is probably so crusty and disgusting it stays in whatever way you leave it. like ramrod straight. like that shit is disgusting. say goodbye to your headcanon of fluffy hair because that shit is UNREALISTIC lets be real. hair so stiff it probably serves as a second helmet in case of emergencies. Lance has nightmares about it. Pidge simply Does Not Care. Her showers consist of like, standing under the falling water for like 20min because she fell asleep and then waking up and leaving. No shampoo whatsoever. she simply Does Not Care.
