I was just experimenting with getting emotes to appear as though they're actually speaking.
I fail.

Really nice animation, you should try going in front of the mirror, say "Oh noes!" and sketch down the mouth movements.

I made it smooth by putting a 50% transparency of its colour wherever the mouth is going to be in the next frame or was in the last frame.
